        Indications: Pituitary diabetes insipid us and bleeding oesophageal varices.

        Contraindications: Coronary artery disease and other vascular diseases chronic nephritis.

        Dosage: 10 units i.m. or s.c. 20 units dissolved in 200ml of 5% dextrose solution slowly intravenously.
