Precautions: Metformin+Pioglitazone+Glimepiride are contraindicated in patients with allergy to sulphonylureas and type-1 diabetic patients.
Other Drug Interactions; Metformin+Pioglitazone+Glimepiride may interact with rifampin, beta-blockers, phenytoin, sympathomimetic drugs, methylprednisolone, hydrochlorothiazide and other sulfonylureas.
